Petrea volubilis or "Flower of God" is a climbing plant from Central America is one of the most distinctive and beautiful cultivated flowering climbing plants available.
This looks a bit like the Wisteria, but the flowers of the Petrea are something special!
The Petrea volubis flowers with spectacular purple flower clusters whose flower clusters can grow up to 30 cm long.
There are up to 30 purple / violet colored flowers on one flower cluster.
in the spring when it starts to get warmer, the flowering starts as early as the autumn.
The dark green leaves are oval and 5-9 cm in size, feel pretty rough, looks a bit like sandpaper.
It is a normally growing woody climbing plant that likes to be kept in a warm place or kept in the greenhouse.
Can be kept in a tub, but also as a hanging plant in a container it can be used perfectly.
