Colocasia esculenta Black Magic also known as Elephant Ear belongs to the Araceae family. The Arum (Zantedeschia) also belongs to this family.
This Colocasia Black Magic is considered good winter hardy and looks particularly attractive.
The plant grows to a height of approximately 70/100 cm, has dark purple stems and large black leaves.
The Colocasia likes extra water and on-time nutrition in the summer, this greatly benefits growth.
