Cassia corymbosa also known as Senna Corymbosa comes naturally from South America.
This cultivar belongs to the butterfly flower and is a very strong bloom.
The flowering period of this exotic plant runs from late May to October.
The leafs are fresh green and shiny. The cassia can grow without pruning to a tall 180 cm bush.
You can provide the Cassia every 2 to 3 weeks of flowering plant nutrition in spring and summer.
From the end of September at the beginning of October, the Cassia corymbosa may enter no more fertilizer anymore. The plant may cool at a temperature of around + 5ºC.
Be reluctant to water if the plant is overwintering in a cool place, moisture won't evaporated and water is sufficient once every 3 weeks.
You may lose leafs of your plant when overwintering cool, this is not harmful.
In March, you can potty and prune the tub plant if necessary. Prune half back to 2/3 part.
From April onwards, the fertilizer will slowly start and if it is really hotter, it will be well fed 1x every two weeks.
In the summer the plant can get water almost daily.
