Pittosporum tobira Nana is an evergreen plant and is a native plant in China and Japan.
The plant gets 3 to 4 cm long green leaves. Grows in a beautifully shaped shrub of up to 150 cm high in a tub.
May be pruned in late autumn. Nana stands for "small", so this Pittosporum also remains a lot smaller than the other Pittosporum species. Ideal for a balcony or roof terrace.

It blooms from May to July and is then full of creme-colored flowers that turn to white.
These flowers smell delicious and give off an intense sweet scent! Red seeds appear in the autumn.
This Pittosporum tobira Nana is fairly hardy and also suitable for keeping as a tub plant.
He can hibernate in a sheltered place and does not necessarily have to go inside, only if severe frost is predicted than to provide some protection.
Adhesive seed does not have to have excessively much water in the summer (soil slightly damp) and give a small amount of manure once a month is sufficient.
In the event of extremely hot weather, the plant may be sprayed on the leaf. The Pittosporum tobira can be planted in the ground with protection from moderate frost.
