Juncus effusus Spiralis also called Corkscrew grass is a particularly prominent plant.
The narrow leaf has a spiral green leaf similar to a corkscrew.
This plant likes to be in a wet place, can also be planted well in the shore of your pond.
But a place in normal soil in the garden is not a problem once well established.

During July / August, the Juncus effusus Spiralis blossoms with yellow / green blooms that color to brown / gray during the course of summer. A sunny place to light shade is preferred.
Juncus effusus Spiralis is evergreen in winter.
The maximum height of the plant varies between 40 and 60 cm.

After the winter you can remove any brown sprouts by hand.
In the early spring, you can possibly cut the plant to the ground if necessary. From April, it will turn out with fresh young shoots. This plant is very hardy.
